MACHINE SHOP

To meet the Customers’ specific needs, Telebridge International has its own in-house Machine Shop. This sophisticated facility is operated by highly skilled personnel and is capable of performing all kinds of machining jobs on pipe, fittings, flanges and valves.

The Telebridge International Machine Shop is well equipped with SPM lathe, drilling, grinding and cutting machines., that can work on fittings/flanges upto 36” dia.

All machining is done in accordance with applicable ASTM/ASME standards, with proper identification and traceability.

The services offered cover a broad spectrum of activities:

• Boring of flanges and fittings to alter Schedule.
• Facing and flange serrations.
• Machining of flanges, fittings and valves to alter end connections.
• Pipe threading and pipe nipples fabrication.
• RTJ groove machining in flanges.
• Drilling orifice in flanges.
• Fabrication of barred Tee.
• Cutting, threading and re-threading.
